Foster + Partners, Radial Pavilion
Principal Place
Technical design, production and installation of Foster + Partners’ Radial Pavilion at Principal Place, Central London. A bespoke hexagonal scaffolding system was built to support 179 coloured flag frames, installed to a specific radial colour pattern, and wired with LEDs for evening lighting. The benches are constructed from reused scaffolding planks.
