Production design and fabrication of the ‘Seria Ludo’ zoetrope: a kinetic artwork made of a welded steel framework, CNC cut acyrlic, and electronic and mechanical components. A central frame supports the artwork, which is powered by a motor to rotate and so create the illusion of continuous motion.

The artwork is designed as a component assembly to allow the exhibition to tour and be feasible to transport and install in highly sensitive Grade 1 listed areas. Safety protocols and barriers are included in the design to ensure the public can stand adjacent to the work whilst it is in operation. The White Wall Company carried out 3D printing and modelling of components alongside electrical engineering and mechanical assembly.
